1. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request project cancellation prior to the commencement of custom technical development work. Once our engineering team begins custom domain setup, API integrations, and code deployment, cancellations are handled on a prorated basis.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Initial Scoping Phase: If we determine during the initial scoping call that we cannot fulfill your technical requirements, a 100% full refund is issued immediately.
• Post-Delivery Support: We provide comprehensive revision rounds to ensure the live website matches the agreed-upon design and automation specifications.
• Non-Refundable Services: Third-party direct expenses (such as custom domain purchases, SMS credits, or Meta API conversation consumption) are non-refundable.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a review or refund, email info@sticktotech.online with your project reference. Valid refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
